Mid-Atlantic RMC registrants, chaperones, and parents,
We are writing to inform you that, in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 Mid-Atlantic RMC has been canceled. Unfortunately, it will not be rescheduled. We were excited to hold this event — it’s always a blast — but, the health and safety of our participants and volunteers will always be our top priority.
Refunds are available to all RMC registrants who have paid. Please follow this link and fill out the form by March 20th to get a refund (or choose to donate to CISV). Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions.
Canceling RMC was not a decision we wanted to make, but it is our shared responsibility to combat COVID-19. Taking responsibility and considering the well-being of our communities is a part of what it means to be a global citizen, a duty our organization takes seriously. We hope you and your loved ones stay healthy. We look forward to future JB events and RMCs.
