International Day of Peace

We are proud to pair with the Hollander Project, an initiative of For Good PGH, to celebrate the International Day of Peace!
The Hollander Project is a co-working space and business incubator for minority, female entrepreneurs from Braddock and surrounding Mon Valley communities. Open since the summer of 2018, the former Hollander Pharmacy has been reinvented as a space that not only serves the business owners and their missions, but bolsters the greater community by offering resources and professional development opportunities. Through programs that include financial trainings, empowerment exercises, resume workshops, and motivational speakers, the Hollander Project creates an inspiring and supportive environment where women can build and grow their businesses, as well as their knowledge and their networks.
CISV Pittsburgh will be unveiling a peace pole that the JB will create, which will have a phrase about peace written in 4 different languages. We will be celebrating the one year anniversary of the Hollander project. It will be a fun event and we hope to see you all there!
