Special guest, Carolina Vélez Quatrini who will lead a discussion and activity on conflict resolution, this year’s CISV theme.
Carolina works at Microsoft, where for over 3 years she has been a facilitator of dialogue between customers and the sales team to prevent litigation. She is also an Approved Mediator in the State of New York and for over 5 years volunteered at the New York Peace Institute on community, civil, small-claims, criminal and divorce mediations. She received her JD from Benjamin N. Cardozo, and her Bachelors and Masters from Carnegie Mellon University.
