Event Series Event Series (See All)
Youth activity

Join us for our chapter meeting with Kiler Wilson, a therapist with the Village Center for Holistic Therapy. She’ll talk about conflict resolution, one of the pillars of CISV, and run an activity for the Junior Branch. The discussion will help understand how conflicts can arise and what can be done to help bring about a peaceful resolution. Parents are encouraged to attend.

The JB will also have its annual board elections. The minimum age is 13 when running for the position, except where noted.

  • Jr. Local Junior Representative (JLJR) aka Vice President (min. age is 14 when running)
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • JB Historian
  • National Service Project leader
Joining the JB board is a great way to bolster local involvement, add experience to your resume (and college application), and build leadership skills. Anyone interested in running should let JB Advisor Alexis Takoushian (alexistakoushian@gmail.com) know before the May 18 meeting.
More details about each board position can be found here.
Please register so we know you’re coming.

We look forward to seeing you there!
