By the time of travel, all CISV USA delegates must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 (including any approved boosters). Proof of vaccination will be required.
- For 2022 only, 2 participants in a delegation may be turning 12 in 2022.

3) Email the completed forms listed below to pittsburgh@cisvusa.org. Subject line: Application for (child’s name) for (program name)
4) Pay the $100 nonrefundable application fee. (2022 only: Application fee for those who applied in 2020 will be only $50 to cover the membership fee)
Applicants may apply to more than one program but pay only one application fee.
5) At this time we are planning virtual interviews on Sunday, January 30 between 12 – 5 pm. We will contact you with a time slot.
CISV Pittsburgh Scholarship Application
When at Village, participants will spend the first weekend with their delegations at the homes of host families to experience life in the host country. The third weekend, participants will stay at host families with new friends from Village. There are usually two day-long excursions into the local community to sight-see and souvenir shop.
