Parents are encouraged to attend. \nThe JB will also have its annual board elections. The minimum age is 13 when running for the position\, except where noted. \n\n\nJr. Local Junior Representative (JLJR) aka Vice President (min. age is 14 when running)\nSecretary\nTreasurer\nJB Historian\nNational Service Project leader\n\nJoining the JB board is a great way to bolster local involvement\, add experience to your resume (and college application)\, and build leadership skills. DESCRIPTION:Regional Mini-Camp\nApril 25 – 27\, 2025\nJoin the Mid-Atlantic Region for our most anticipated event of the year! Regional mini-camp is a chance to experience a CISV camp in a weekend with chapters from across the Mid-Atlantic – including Pittsburgh – and New England chapters. \nThis year\, it will be hosted by the Brandywine Valley chapter outside of Philadelphia. (About a 4-hour drive) \nREGISTER HERE\nRegistration Fee:  \n\n$199.  The deadline to register and complete payment at this price is April 10th.  This fee covers 2 nights of lodging\, 4 meals (Saturday breakfast through Sunday breakfast)\, and a camp t-shirt!!\nThe registration fee from April 11th through April 21st is $215.  We cannot guarantee a t-shirt for registrations made during this time.\n\nSchedule: \n\nCheck-in is on Friday\, April 25th\, from 6:30 to 7:15 pm.\nPick-up is on Sunday at 11:00 am. PLEASE BE PROMPT.\n\nTransportation: \n\nIf we have enough interest\, CISV Pittsburgh will rent a van to transport kids and chaperones (cost split among families)\nInform the Pittsburgh chapter that you registered so we can arrange transportation if there are enough participants: Pittsburgh@cisvusa.org\n\nChaperones  \n\nChaperones attend for FREE! and are encouraged to come and watch their child learn about CISV.\nChaperones also may need to drive the minivan if we rent one.\nBackground and driver’s license checks will be needed.\nClick here for the chaperone registration link.\n\nJB scholarship application can be found here to cover up to 50% of the registration cost.
