Junior Branch Cookie Bake at La Gourmandine

Hey Junior Branch:
We are baking cookies at a professional French bakery, La Gourmandine, in Lawrenceville on Sunday, December 3, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. to sell at the Lawrenceville Cookie Mall on Saturday, December 9.
This cool experience will not only get you behind the scenes at a top bakery in Pittsburgh, but you’ll help us raise money for CISV’s scholarship fund and spread the word about our programs.
We will be baking with an almond flour short crust and decorating with royal icing. Please let us know of any food allergies.
Everyone is welcome to attend. It’s a great way to meet our members and learn more about CISV Pittsburgh.
